New England Living TV Air Date: April 6, 2018 "What a story. Every minute, every step." - Host, Parker Kelley New England Living TV host Parker Kelley begins Season 2 with a home with history in her hometown of Falmouth, Massachusetts. Homeowners Dan and Lori live in Singapore year-round, but they are both originally from New England and wanted their children to feel connected to the region. When this home on a quiet pond in Falmouth came on the market, Dan knew it was fate; however, Lori was less convinced. The 1890s former carriage house had been abandoned for five years; it was musty and worn. But the couple’s two daughters, Brooke and Alexandra, offered a proposition. “My two daughters said if you buy this house, we will commit to having our wedding in the backyard,” Dan tells Parker. That promise was enough for Dan and Lori. “My wife looked at me and she said that’s the home we want to build. Let’s do it.”
Although this homeowner’s mantra throughout the design process was “simple, clean, and uncluttered,” their new home makes a bold statement.
